Admin/Biographical History Born 1909 Portland, Oregon. Moved to DC 1916 with father (and family) who was with Interstate Commerce Commission. Went to Ross School and Central (now Cardozo) High School and then Goucher College in Baltimore. Had various teaching and government job and retired in 1971. Mrs. Aitchison discussed the house (bought in 1926), changing neighborhood and life style she has lived in since she was 17.
